We live in an exciting and quickly changing world... The population is growing quickly, the world is becoming more globalised, the climate is changing, the rain forests are being devastated, there are more and more refugees moving to different countries, the natural resources are decreasing, men and women are not treated equally in many countries, people in many regions do not benefit from their human rights. Isn’t that world a bit complicated?
The international youth exchange „Think Global, Act Local!“ brought together 30 young people from the Czech Republic, Estonia, France, Italy, Poland and Spain. During one week spent together, they had a chance to think, reflect and discuss about all these topics. Various simulation games, exercises, discussions, workshops and other activities enabled them to understand more what is happening around them and how they can help in their every-day life to make the things better.
